I loved the teams customer service!! My mom is 82 and they made sure to include her every step of the way. Company’s tell you that they work with the insurance companies and DS Home Improvements DEFINITELY works with the insurance claim agent, keeps you informed which really alleviates any stress. Their work and attention to the small details (colors, workmanship and clean-up) was truly outstanding and appreciated. I will DEFINITELY be recommending them to family members and friends.
Over the past several weeks we have been working with DS Home Improvement to complete multiple projects at our home. To include a bathroom remodel, Stoop remodel, and roof replacement.
I can't overstate what a pleasure it has been working with DS! They are professional, hardworking, with strong attention to detail. They are honest and their work & pricing is top notch! We could not be happier with the results!
But most of all they are genuinely great people! We will definitely be working with them again in the future!
Thanks DS again for everything!
Kayla was very helpful with us. She was very patient and made sure that we understood exactly what they where Going to do and how it would look like with the whole process . she later sent a sample to select what type and color of roof we wanted since I couldn’t find time to go there and she helped us pick the right choice .They are very honest people and you can trust them and explain your situation to them in terms of your insurance. They are ready to help you fix it. Also they are also the team is very professional, and our neighbor had them inspect her roof too . They actually went there and saw that their root was still ok and there was nothing be fixed , there are some shady companies who would still force to fix something even if there’s noting to fix .They were very professional and made sure to clean up perfectly before they left . Everything Was soo clean You can’t even tell after that the roof has been replaced that day. They came in,did their job the same day and left before dark leaving the place very clean. Thank you guys very much .

In today’s world it’s difficult to find a company that will do a good job. But when you find a company that goes beyond its duties it’s great! This company and its workforce did not miss a beat. They installed a new roof and did a great job. Clean up was thorough and the workmanship was excellent. They were very conscientious of the surrounding and cared about the client. I would highly recommend them.

DS Home Improvement upgraded our kitchen. We couldn't have expected a better value for money than them as far as work goes. But the reason for five star is that their team has some of the nicest people one can let into their home. They were very respectful of our time and property. The communication was prompt and clear. Nairobi, Keila, and Michael were very professional and personal at the same time. Our special shoutout is for Norma who worked tirelessly to give us the best that she could. Norma - every time we see the backsplash on our wall, we remember you and Michael putting each piece carefully on the wall one by one. Thanks

I can highly recommend D&S Home Improvement. They did our roof replacement in May of this year. Keila, Nairobi, and Michael handled all of the aspects of the job- initial roof inspection, communication with my homeowner’s insurance, meeting with the insurance inspector, and scheduling the installation. The roof was completely replaced in one day and clean up was very thorough. The roofing crew did an excellent job - thank you!!

Keila is amazing! Keila got my full roof replacement and my only out pocket expense was $500 deductible- I am so grateful that DS showed up on my door step.
I had the pleasure of being introduced to DS Home Improvement through one of my clients who enlisted their services for a property rehabilitation project. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and their dedication to exceeding expectations. While we sought estimates from several contractors, DS Home Improvement stood out as the only company to meticulously measure the property and provide a comprehensive written estimate, crucial for our client's financing needs. In contrast, other contractors relied solely on visual assessments, providing estimates based on mental notes. Since our initial experience, DS Home Improvement has secured a top spot on my list of preferred vendors, consistently delivering exceptional results without fail.
I was surprised how low my deductible was. The best experience.
