Should I repair or replace my roof?
It depends on how widespread the damage is and how much life the roof has left. A repair usually makes sense when the damage is limited to one area and the decking underneath is solid. A replacement usually makes sense when leaks keep coming back in different spots, the shingles are curling or shedding granules across the whole roof, or the decking has gone soft. We’ll show you photos and lay out both options when both make sense.

Program Details and Eligibility
Who qualifies for the rebate?
Open to active members, honorably discharged veterans, and retirees of the U.S. military who are legal U.S. residents. The roof must be installed between 1/1/26 and 12/31/26 on a U.S. home the qualifying individual owns.
What counts as a qualifying GAF roof?
A qualifying GAF roofing system is GAF asphalt shingles plus the required number of qualifying GAF accessories. The number varies by the Enhanced Warranty selected. Qualifying accessories include ridge cap shingles, attic ventilation, starter strip shingles, roof deck protection, and leak barrier.
What if my warranty doesn’t arrive?
Eligibility, coverage, and restrictions vary by Enhanced Warranty. If you haven’t received your warranty from GAF within 60 days of installation, call GAF at 1-877-423-7663, option 3.
