I loved the teams customer service!! My mom is 82 and they made sure to include her every step of the way. Company’s tell you that they work with the insurance companies and DS Home Improvements DEFINITELY works with the insurance claim agent, keeps you informed which really alleviates any stress. Their work and attention to the small details (colors, workmanship and clean-up) was truly outstanding and appreciated. I will DEFINITELY be recommending them to family members and friends.
Over the past several weeks we have been working with DS Home Improvement to complete multiple projects at our home. To include a bathroom remodel, Stoop remodel, and roof replacement.

Kayla was very helpful with us. She was very patient and made sure that we understood exactly what they where Going to do and how it would look like with the whole process . she later sent a sample to select what type and color of roof we wanted since I couldn’t find time to go there and she helped us pick the right choice .They are very honest people and you can trust them and explain your situation to them in terms of your insurance. They are ready to help you fix it. Also they are also the team is very professional, and our neighbor had them inspect her roof too . They actually went there and saw that their root was still ok and there was nothing be fixed , there are some shady companies who would still force to fix something even if there’s noting to fix .They were very professional and made sure to clean up perfectly before they left . Everything Was soo clean You can’t even tell after that the roof has been replaced that day. They came in,did their job the same day and left before dark leaving the place very clean. Thank you guys very much .
In today’s world it’s difficult to find a company that will do a good job. But when you find a company that goes beyond its duties it’s great! This company and its workforce did not miss a beat. They installed a new roof and did a great job. Clean up was thorough and the workmanship was excellent. They were very conscientious of the surrounding and cared about the client. I would highly recommend them.

DS improvement recently replace our roof. The representatives we dealt with, Keila an Nairobi, were very professional and responsive. We went thru home owners insurance and DS were great guides and advocates for us and communicated with our insurance company professionals to expidite the process. The job was completed in one day with the work crew being very polite and professional and did a great job of clean-up after the job. I would highly recommend DS home improvements.
DS Home Improvement upgraded our kitchen. We couldn't have expected a better value for money than them as far as work goes. But the reason for five star is that their team has some of the nicest people one can let into their home. They were very respectful of our time and property. The communication was prompt and clear. I can highly recommend D&S Home Improvement. They did our roof replacement in May of this year. Keila, Nairobi, and Michael handled all of the aspects of the job- initial roof inspection, communication with my homeowner’s insurance, meeting with the insurance inspector, and scheduling the installation. The roof was completely replaced in one day and clean up was very thorough. The roofing crew did an excellent job - thank you!!

DS Home Improvement did an amazing job!! I experienced an emergency where my previous roof was in poor condition causing water to enter into my home. DS Home Improvement saved my home with a new roof in early March and fixed interior damage before entering the rainy spring months. Overall I’m happy with the results and would highly recommend.
